GOVERNORíS NIGHT/CHRISTMAS PARTY
A good time was had by all who attended our annual Governorís Night/Christmas party on December 4th. DG Kevin Schuldt and his wife Jean along with VDG Floyd Roden and his wife Bev all were treated well and had a good time.
We will be having only one meeting in January and that will be on Thursday, January 8th. Lions Nancy Main, LaNette Thorson, and Terry Thorson will be cooking and serving the meal that night which will be at 7:00 P.M. Our guest speakers that night will be PDG Lion Bill DuBats and his wife Lion Jan. Lion Bill will be speaking about Diabetes and Lion Jan will be speaking about Environment. Our regular business meeting will be at 7:30 P.M. Hope to see you all there.

This yearís Midwinter Convention will be held on January 16, 17, 18, 2004 at the Marriott in Bloomington. Lion LaNette Thorson is this yearís chairperson of the convention.
If you are planning to attend the gambling meeting at the convention, you will be eligible for reimbursement of one nightís stay, one meal, and mileageóprovided you sign the attendance sheet at the gambling meeting.
